Well Anna, don't matter, while you're not fat or overweight all is alright, but that can bring troubles later, so, you should set times in where you can and you cannot eat and then you must respect'em , then, you should leave to eat junk food because that's awful to your health, you should start to eat more vegtables, fruits, and healthly food, you shouldn't leave to go to the gym, really I think that you should keeping up working your body out, that's very good for you!
Problem 2.
Wow, it's very cool that you follow the diet very carefully, but beth, it'd be better that you work out, but if go to the gym doesn't like you, you can every morning, afternoon or night when you can, you should go outside and run some minutes or some blocks, or you should search a dance academy, there, you can learn to dance zumba, salsa, or many others styles of music, that's very good exercise, you can become a member in some football team, soccer team, basketball team or the sport that you wish!
Problem 3.
Keith, if you wanna lose extra weight, yes you should, well, first, I think you should go to see a doctor, and if he says that your leg is ok, then you can go to joggin or running. Also, if you've got a bike you can go out and ride it , and you shouldn't leave to drink water and keep eating healthly food, and you sould do some exercise too.
